How this site handles data.
Theme and language preferences stay in this browser. Published content and files are stored by this site; management access uses Google sign-in. Necessary secure cookies identify the login flow and administrator session; the server stores a verified Google account identifier and email for access control, not a Google password. Download request records contain file references and request times, without IP addresses. Public file access uses shared site-wide limits, so traffic from others may briefly pause your download. Limit counters store only bucket names, window times and counts. First-party usage counters use random event IDs scoped to each resource and event type, stored in tab-session storage (sessionStorage) and rotated in 30-minute windows. Server event tokens expire after 30 minutes and are removed in bounded batches on later events. These counters do not store IP addresses or create browser fingerprints. Optional analytics may also measure how long public pages stay visible in your browser; that record stores only a page path, a total duration and a random per-view number for deduplication, never an IP address, account or cross-page identifier. It stops when analytics is rejected or withdrawn. Likes need no account. When you like a page, your browser creates a random identifier and keeps it in local storage (boloop-voter-v1) so the like can be remembered and withdrawn. The server never stores that identifier: it keeps only a one-way hash combined with the page, so a like cannot be linked across pages or to an IP address, account or analytics record. Withdrawing a like deletes that record. Likes are counted per browser, not per person. Filtering, shared counting limits, or service failures may leave events uncounted. Counts are not unique users. Administrator-supplied initial values are not independently verified historical usage.
Third-party videos
Recommendation pages may include videos. A player connects to YouTube or Bilibili only when you click Load video; it does not autoplay. The platform receives connection data and may use its own cookies under its privacy policy. This is separate from optional analytics consent. You can close the player or follow the original link.
Optional Google Analytics
When optional analytics is enabled on this site, Google Analytics loads only after you explicitly accept. Before you accept, and if you reject, this integration sends no requests to Google. Google receives technical data such as your IP address when your browser connects and uses analytics cookies to measure visits. Google may also collect city, browser version and User-Agent, device brand/model/name, operating system and platform versions, and screen resolution. Analytics consent does not authorize advertising personalization through this integration: it keeps advertising consent denied and Google Signals disabled.
The manually sent page views include only validated public page paths and language. They exclude URL queries, fragments, search text and referring URLs; the page title is fixed. We do not send identities or private content. Administrator, API and sign-in routes are excluded, and the site checks for an anonymous session before sending a view. These optional Google measurements are separate from the first-party resource counters described above.
Accepting and rejecting are equally available. When enabled, use Analytics settings in the footer to reject or withdraw at any time. Your choice is saved in this browser; if it cannot be saved, analytics stays off. Withdrawal stops further collection through this integration and clears its first-party Google Analytics cookies, but cannot recall data already sent or requests already in flight.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Public pages also load Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement from our hosting provider. It reports aggregate page views plus technical signals such as the page path, previous page, country or region, browser and device type, and page-load timing. It does not use cookies, local storage or browser fingerprints to identify visitors. This site does not store visitor IP addresses in its own records. This measurement is independent of the optional Google Analytics choice above and is not controlled by that setting; you can block it with a content blocker or browser privacy setting.

This site has applied to Google AdSense, but currently does not load ad scripts or display ads. The analytics choice above does not authorize advertising. If advertising is introduced, this notice and the appropriate consent controls will be updated before ad collection begins.
